Is there a custom hack for:

notify moderators of a new post
and
sending email to different groups (not the whole board)

Gerrit and Phoenix helped put these together on the Perl version... sure would like to get them for the Php version.

You might want to request the same changes in the Feature Wishlist area to let Scream know that there is a demand.
