The "One username per e-mail address" feature does NOT work in 5.1.5 PHP. []/w3timages/icons/frown.gif[/]
Screwed things up on my end fairly seriously (because of some other stuff, I'd keyed on unique e-mail addresses because I planned on it being that way....)
Can this be corrected post-haste?

Change the $config[multiuser] from "Off" to "off" in config.inc.php, that should fix it up.
