Hi,
Just wondering if my server is tweaked....

My host runs PHP4 like a CGI process so a few of the scripts didn't work correcly
Like the who's online -- because the script path was incorrect.

When I switch things around to run under PHP3 I notice I can not change any of the users groups -- and I could under PHP4.

I am hoping my web host will shortly run PHP4 as an apache module, but am interested to know if anyone else has these problems under php3?

Sorry for talking to myself.
I see my host has track_vars turned off in php3 :(
I would guess that is causing my problems.

I hope they can fix that for me soon.

You can try manually setting it in an htaccess file for your w3t directory:

This pulled from http://www.analysisandsolutions.com/code/form/form-man.htm#track

Set them in a .htaccess file that governs your application. An example would look like this:

If using PHP 3: php3_track_vars on
If using PHP 4: php_flag track_vars on
Hope that helps. As of PHP 4.0.2, track vars is always set to on.

Thank you so much!
Adding that to an htaccess file got it to work correctly.
