After I remove a moderator from the boards he is a moderator on, and then revoke his moderation rights, that ex-moderator is still listed in "Forum Information" (foruminfo.php) as a moderator for that forum.

Hrmm. Tried several times to duplicate this one but I cannot. When you go in to assign a moderator to that forum does it display this old moderator there?
