When I try to edit my display preferences on PHP v5.3, I get the following error:

Seeya! Unknown column 'U_ActiveThread' in 'field list': 1054
Warning: 0 is not a MySQL result index in /usr/local/etc/httpd/vhosts/liveactionworld.com/htdocs/forums/mysql.inc.php on line 71

I am able to edit other options for my profile (Basic and Email / Subscriptions) fine. I recently upgraded from v5.2b2, which worked fine.

Did you run the altertable script for upgrading to 5.3?

When I looked, I saw "altertable-demo-5.3.php" but not another one - do I need to run an altertable for 5.2b2 to 5.3, and if so, where is it? 5.2p2 was running fine...

You must have downloaded the wrong package. The altertable-demo one is for upgrading from the demo version or doing a fresh install. You want to download the package for Upgrading from a 5.x version and you will find the altertable-5.2-5.3.php file.

I tried both the AlterTable, and I dumped and re-created the table from scratch, using Createtable.php - still getting the same error both ways.

Can you send me the createtable you ran? Just downloaded the latest package to verify and the U_ActiveThread is in the latest one.

Yeah, this is an old createtable. This is the one that shipped with 5.2 and previous versions. You need to grab the one that comes with the 5.3 version.

I just re-downlaoded PHP v5.3, and re-created the database - still getting the same thing. I went into the Zip file for v5.3, and noticed that createtable.php was dated 12/14/2000, as opposed to 3/18/2001 like the rest of the files - and I'm SURE I'm getting v5.3 and using the right file, I've done it about 3 times now. Just emailed you the proper createtable. Not sure what's going on. I just redownloaded again and got a date of March 17 on the createtable.php script.
