UBB.Developers Forums UBB.threads 6 V5.php Modifications HTML page instead of a Forum or Thread

HTML announcement page instead of a Forum or a thread are one of the cool features in the UB2K forums, I think.

The armin there can:
a) point to a HTML page instead of a forum. Great as an option in case you want to post the Forums "rules" there, or even point to a previous forum or whatever...
b) in a forum, put a sticky note there that points to a html page (is cool for a info or something) and cannot be replied to. I would love to have my forum's "ToDo" list that way....

Has someone got a hack for that? (This also could be a consideration for a future version of this board for scream... :)

ya i agree that it would be some sort of cool feature, it would have to be an admin/mod feature only i suppose. i don't have a use for this, but i know how it can be done....in showflat, it would just redirect the user to the page that you have preselected. when i get back from vacation...i have already sent myself two pm's. good ideas....
