Okay, this isn't really a hack but I thought someone else might be interested in this. I used a php script to allow members to upload their images into a database. The output of the script gives them an id number. I then used the markup hack (further below) and slightly modified the insert image tag so that instead of saying http:// it has the entire url of where the image is called from so all they need to do is change the # to the number of their image in the database.
Now I know some of you php gurus can figure out how to do this in one fell swoop instead of piecemealing things together. So if any of you puts together something cleaner, I'd be very interested. We don't really want to have all of the markup buttons, etc...but we do need the option to upload and insert pics.
