I was thinking of counting a user's login times as the frequency of usage of the forum. Does anyone know how to do that?

won't that be kind of hard if they never log out? And unless you force the cookies and/or sessions to die after a very short period of time... and, by doing that, you may end up annoying your more hard-core posters who drop by very often... I don't know for sure, but I don't think there's an easy way to get accurate information... but maybe there's something I'm missing...?

My main concept is to keep tracking of the user's behaviors using the forum in order to translate them into credits. Then we can use those credits to grant users on different features/sections of the forum.

The most credits they have, the most VALUABLE feature will be opened for them.
