I have several complaints from the visitors who want to post a new topic:
Here is the error they are getting:
We cannot proceed. We encountered a problem. The reason reported was:
The host you are trying to send the input from is not a valid host.
This error is only reported by users who is using IE 6.0 and Netscape 6 series.
Anyone has the same problem?

Sounds like they are possibly blocking the referer variable. This is a standard environment variable that get's passed from page to page. We use that variable to make sure a form isn't being submitted from an outside page. If a browser blocks it or manipulates it then you will get that error. I'm running IE6 here.

HI,
it realy is the browser. i have the same problem with netscape 6.1 the HTTP_REFERER is not sent. the only solution so far is disabling the check_referer in main.inc.php 359ff or rewriting it using a extremly short living sessionid (just an idea). i would recommend disabling it for the HTTP_USER_AGENT Netscape 6/6.1 . but beware it is a possible risk, that you get spams (check for a valid sessionid can help a little)
