Yes, I'm aware of it, thanks []/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/] Somehow the portal is not reading the language cookie properly. I'm trying to figure it out, or better yet hope JustDave can. []/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/]

There's something changed in the cookie it seems. If you look it's looking for /languages/T/ in your vase, /n/ in mine. It's taking the first letter of your username.

Strange... The portal uses the ubbt.inc.php file for any authing. Is the cookie set for site wide in the conf.inc.php file? I believe it should be one single slash / between the quotes.

I know Rick revamped the send_header function and this may be what's causing the error but I wont be sure till I'm able to kick it around some on my site. I'm sure it will be an easy fix once I get a hold of 6.0 []/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/]

Yes, the call to send_header is changed. I'm PM'ing this to Allen. Basically line 77 of the index.php script just needs to be changed to:
$html -> send_header($config['title'],$Cat,0,$user);
