I seem to be unable to add users to my address book.

I tried for example to add scream and 2 others by clicking on their names and then clicking on "add to address book."

am I doing something wrong or are these folks perhaps blocking this capability?

I just added Scream to my address book. Seemed to work for me. []/forum/images/icons/crazy.gif[/] []/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/]

yes I can see that it works for me too but it doesn't show up in My Home, "From Address Book," only when I'm sending a private message.

this is NOT intuitive!

Isn't that box in "my home" supposed to be labled "friend's online" ?

That are listed if they are in your address book? I think it used to be.

yeah, but if you really thinik about it this is kind of silly.

its nice to know who in my address book is online but its also important to be able to quickly and easily view who is actually in my address book, don't you think?

the developers just need to think like us users more to see that this is not very intuitive.

but I would be sooooo happy if I could just get the portal features in IIP working.

guess I'll just have to be patient.

sorry to keep complaining but today was unfortunately a VERY costly day in terms of lost time.

11 unproductive hours is just really unacceptable. no wonder I'm having to spend so much time at the office.

I'm prepared to pay somebody who knows what they're doing for a few hours of work since this is so much more cost effective for me.

I feel I always have it "almost there" until I run into some undocumented bug or something.

Currently the "From Address Book" line in your control panel is a link to your full address book.
