I just upgraded to the beta and can't turn the option on/off for showing the moderator on the main page. I didn't see the option physically in the config file either. Known problem? n []/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/]

You can remove the moderator list from the front by editing the related template file. I'll see if I can find the post from Scream about this. It's around here somewhere []/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/]

Yes Scream removed the variable from the configure file as it is not needed now that it can be added or removed from the templates.
