User can not edit own message, right away after post.
Omly admin can edit any message. Moderators can not edit.
Admin can not delete and edit message from thread view. After push "delete this post" go to ../previewedit.php - this showing as blank page.
This proble russian previewedit.php.
Can i print message in thread view?

More precise.
admin can edit any messahe
some user can/can not edit own message
some moderator can/can not edit some users messages, can/can not edit own message.
