If the upcoming version already has this, forgive me (I haven't seen the admin end yet).
It'd be extremely handy for moderators to be able to move posts and/or threads to an invisible board, a sort of purgatory. So, for example, a junior admin can await ruling from senior admin while tucking the suspicious thread out of view, etc, etc.
Also (again, if the program already does this, never mind), it'd be great to have a non-public board for admins/moderators only, to discuss moderating issues, etc.

Those already exist. Just create a new board, only visible to the Admin & Moderator groups. Then just have your mods use the move-thread function if you want things moved to said board.

Ok, thanks everybody. Sorry to waste bandwidth (though Dalar's detailed response might help other clueless newbies like me).
Digressive question: why's Dalar a 'stranger' with 69 postings? I originally wrote the seniority labels, and I don't remember 'stranger' enduring nearly that long....?
Is that right?

I've been wondering too, but didn't bother asking since I thought maybe they changed the tables.
I wonder if it's because my username got wiped back in Jan/Feb, if that's affecting something. I've been registered here since a couple years back, but had to rereg recently.
