no idea how hard this would be, and it's kind of a minor point, but still....
the pixel limit on "your picture" images is 80x80. Larger images shrink, but also are forced into square, which screws up rectangular images.
Might it be possible to sense X and Y scale and roughly hack a "letterbox" version, so rectangular images are legible? Obviously, wouldn't have to be precise..
