Ya know, with all the cool and useful hacks that are on this board, perhaps it would be possible to combine SOME of the data into one new config file. Perhaps a hack.inc.php file could hold much of the hack info so when an update is done, we would not need to update so many of the replaced files.
I just updated from 6.0.1 to 6.0.2 and had to update one or more files for most of the hacks. I know that much of the info must be added to an existing file, but I was just thinking and this idea came to mind to help save us all some time as the updates march on...

Maybe each page could call a separate function from the hack.inc.php where you can put all extra code you want for that specific page?

I would like to see some official Version Tracker for hacks.....
I see you would have four main categories:
Hacks that modify the php files Hacks that are addons that don't modify files Style Sheets Templates
