One user forgot his password. The "Forget your password?" is not working for him. I tried to get a new PW for him. Does not work with his username nor his eMail address. Always get "Can't find the email address for " as result. For all other users (until now) it worked fine.
His eMail is in the format [email protected] and his username is just normal chars(9).
