Quoted text in ubbt doesn't look very nice. So I wanted to change the look of the quote-tag, but without touching the markup itself. In the attachment you can see the result before and after changing just the css.

Note: Tested with IE6 only, so far.

it's not yet on the public server. Still need to test the look with NSCP6 and Opera. But isn't the attachment convincing enough?

Ok, just checked it with Opera 6 and Mozilla 1. Looks almost the same, but I wasn't able to make the br-tags smaller in height.

There's a small change in one line:
blockquote .small {background:#e5e5e5; margin-left:-10px; padding:[:"red"]1px 2px[/]}

Yes, add the stuff from the first post to the bottom of your css stylesheet
