Hi there,

Not sure if this has been answered before I had a quick dig around but couldnt find anything on it so apologies if i'm repeating history!

I basically want to have more than just 4 custom questions on registration / in people profiles - e.g. "Gender", "MSN" etc.. etc...

Is this possible - I would assume its just a simple change to a mysql table and a couple of templates ?

It would be great if there was some kind of manager for this build into the admin - like LK or someone did on ubb classic and set up an interface to easily tweak hacks.

Yes, I also would find it useful if we could add more than the 4 extra fields we now have.

just wondered if anyone has managed to find any kind of hack to allow more questions to be answered in the profile - or failing that some kind of seperate add-on profile table ?

I've done it for people for various reasons. I usually just add fields into the w3t_Users table.

Check out my Birthday mod for an idea of how you can add stuff that they can edit in their profile, and have it display in the showprofile page.
