Update: Completely rewritten, now shows all posters in thread and not only those on the current page when in flat mode. Users are listed in alphabetical order, and the status flag has been added as well.

I've attached a screenshot of what this could look like.

Since I didn't want to add an extra query this only shows the posters on the current page of the thread when in flat mode and not all posters in the thread.

Is it worth the extra query to show all of the posters?

Also, I've done a small update to the script and the new version is attached to the first post in the thread.

My opinion would be yes. Perhaps the reason to look there would be if you were wondering if someone participated in a long thread... that would save me flipping through lots of pages.

I assume it removes duplicates.

This is nice. Will install this when I get time to start working on my own board again.

Man, I am so glad I found this place. Without it, I would have this old, plain, crappy, boring forum with no users. Instead, I have a kick arse forum with no users.

Yep, it does. It'd look quite stupid otherwise. =]

I'll fix a new version showing all users of the thread soon.

If possible, could the users be sorted alphabetically? That would speed things up a lot when trying to find who has posted.

Yeah, it will when I add the query. But I would have to add the query to the showthreaded script as well to make that sorted too, unless I use some PHP4-only functions.
