That is a Java Script that does a count down. So if you want merge that code into your forums so you have like a Christmas or a New Year's Count down... I did it to mine... Check it out:

It required editing the:

ubbt_header.tmpl
ubbt_registered.tmpl
ubbt_unregistered.tmpl

and adding code to the header Insert.
