I wonder if it is possible to make a weblinks page for my visitors. I want my visitors to upload a link that can be placed after approvel by the administrator or moderator. Links must be placed by category. I searched the board but could not find something like this. Thanks in advance for the reply. http://80.126.87.6/ubbthreads/index

Threadsdev used to use an add on here for member sites. I don't know what it was, but for some reason I don't think we use it anymore.

It wasn't integrated with .threads though. I forget at the moment but it will come to me when I quit thinking about it but it was a GPL'd link directory located at source forge.

That is exactly what I was looking for but unfortunatly it works only with PHP3 and my forum runs with PHP4
I also want it to be fully integrated with ubbthreads 6.2 just as IIP 5.2
Any other suggestions?

There are quite a few scripts out there that do this, integrating is the only catch, good idea though, i know i could use a feature like this.

I am very intrested how you did it get to work on a PHP4 host. Can you give me youre url so that I can visit youre site?
I want to use that also but did not get it to work.
Instead i used PHPlinks, modified it and it runs very well.
However, it's not integrated as IIP5.2 is, but for the moment it's allright.
If someone plan to write a script than I want to use that ofcourse.

what type of integration with IIP are you looking for? A list of hottest links or something?

No, Not a list of hotest links.
Just a site with link, but if posseble only visible for registred members.
When they log in at the ubbthreads forum they should have also access to the links page.
But I the mean time I set up a links page with PHPlinks and I am satisfied with the result.
