Wenn sich jemand registrieren möchte kommt folgendes:
Die angegebene eMail-Adresse besitzt ein ungültiges Format.
und ganz oben steht:
Warning: REG_BADRPT in /home/www/web3/html/ubbt/adduser.php on line 173
Was ist da falsch gelaufen?

Das ist ein bekannter Bug.
Hier der Fix:
In adduser.php
Zeile 173 ist momentan:
if (!eregi("(.*?)@(.*?)\.(.*?)", $Email)) {
ändere es in:
if (!preg_match('/(.*?)@(.*?)\.(.*?)/', $Email)) {
