I don't mind rating but seems my users do !
They go crazy is someone register a fake user and give bad votes to them all, so here my first request:
- Minimum number of messages in order to be able to rate other users;

A lot of time you change your mind about a user but you can't chage the vote you gave him, so:
- Votes can be always changed;

Let me look.

I posted that mod somewhere here before. Might need to be updated though.
