Description: Show user's Avatar in the User List screen

Features:
Show the Avatar of an user in the User List screen;
If a user do not have an Avatar shows the "nopicture.gif" image;
Avatar's height and width are customizable (Keep it small for a better looking);

Working under:
UBB.Threads 6.2.2

showmembers.php
showmembers.tmpl

None

Known bugs & limitations:
Images where height and width are not the same are forced to have the choosen height and width;
Sorting by Avatar do not works;
The word "Avatar" is not in any language files;

Notes: I'm not good in programming php so this hack could still have a lot of bugs.
Please, help me removing trash code.
