I upgraded to 6.3 on my test server now I get Version missmatch! IIP 5.2 will not work with UBB.threads™ 6.3b1.


any fix for this ?

After I posted I noticed the error said 5.2, I forgot on my test server was still running 5.2, I updated to 5.3 and still got a error

You can modify the version check in index.php to avoid that problem:

// DAVE MOD END

I've used IIP 5.3 with UBBthreads 6.3dev2, and haven't seen any obvious problems (other than IIP bugs), but don't know whether they're fully compatible.

I've been using it under the development betas at www.joshuapettit.com as well.

Thanks, I went to my previous backup, restored everything back and upgraded IIP , then UBBT and fixed the index.php so its running ok now.. think I will wait for the next release of ubbt on my production boxes

Can you be more precise on how to do this ? (make 6.3b1 work with IIP)

In my post above, the [:"red"]red text[/] must be added.

I don't see any red text, but it's okay... I just uploaded the 2 changed IIP files so it now works

Actually, all I did was change the "6.2" to "6.3" and it worked just fine.
