I've written a small stand alone script to list the users of a group. If anyone is interested I can clean it up and release it as either an IIP pal or a stand alone script. It's working for 6.1.0 at the moment but can easily be altered to work with 6.2/6.3 I think.
I'm not sure if anyone else has any use of this, so I thought I'd ask before spending time on releasing it as a mod.

That would be cool, especially if you have a 'paid supporters' group or something

That is exactly what I'm using it for, just opened up PayPal-donations today and wrote that script to make my life a bit easier.
It could also be used to create a list of all the moderators or admins.

Sounds a great add-on - I have some 30 or 40 groups, and from time to time, it would be great to geta break down of who was in them.
A stand-alone script would be better IMHO
Fans Focus - Focusing on Fans of Sport (Okay - mainly football (the British variety at the moment - but expanding all the time....)

Should users be able to select which groups to list from, or is it sufficient to have it as a configurable option in the script?
