For ex. user adds wav file as attachments, how can I make autoplay tis file?

Are you talking about an embedded player? Normally a .wav is associated with whatever their default media player is and it will open automatically upon clicking the link.

but, when I upload gif, jpg file its open automaticaly, so when I upload wav files I want it too!

Do you mean that you want something like the inline images mod, but for .wav files?

That would be an embedded media player, I have used a mod for this with phpbb but I ended up pulling it because if the user doesn't have the type of player that's embedded it wouldn't work for them and they wouldn't be able to download it period.

As an admin, this can be one using HTML.  But I don't think it's possible for regular users.
