Generally the /english/online.php language file. Although that looks like a hack. Not sure which one, or if it even used language files. There's been a number of the who's online boxes around here. If it didn't use language files then it's probably hardcoded in ubbt.inc.php But to ask about the hack, best to ask in the thread where you got the hack, as then we'd know exactly what it was.

[/] LOL I was going to do that but I can't remember which one it was I have searched in the lang/online.php and the ubbt.inc.php for "10 minutes" and cannot find it anywhere Same with the Extra Information when I search for "Welcome to our newest member".

Which page does that appear on?
ubbthreads.php? Might try that language file, script or template to see if that's where it is.

Welcome to our newest members appears in the ubbthreads.php language file as: $ubbt_lang['NEW_MEM'] = "Welcome to our newest member,"; and the catagories.php language file as: $ubbt_lang['NEW_MEM'] = "Welcome to our newest member,";
So, you should be able to enter the text you want to above {$ubbt_lang['NEW_MEM'] in ubbthreads.tmpl and language.tmpl and put a <br /> after your text.
If that doesn't work, as someone else had problems getting a hard coded disclaimer to show up in posts, you may need to define it as a varible in the language files and call the varible.

Exactly what I needed, I already had the variable and I created $ubbt_lang['T_POSTS'] = "Total Posts."; and called it up through ubbthreads.php. Thanks for your help
