Description: If a user replys to a post and in the meantime new posts are added to the same topic, then a message is shown on the preview page. The message contains the username, time and a link to the new reply.
Even if the user does not mark the "I want to preview my post"-checkbox, he is taken to the preview screen if a new reply was added in the meantime.

Useful for high traffic boards, if two users reply to a topic at the same time. The slower user gets informed about the post added in the meantime.

Included are the strings for English, Spanish and German language files.

I tried installing this hack in my UBBThreads 6.4 but I got the following error:

Any idea what would cause this error?

Usually a stray character after the closing ?> tag in a template file is the most common cause.

Fixed! It wasn't what you or Josh thought it was but it's now working. I narrowed the problem down to the "addpost.php" file and after trying several things, simply started out clean and reapplied the hack to that file and it worked.

Actually it was exactly what we thought it was It was a stray character copied over in a file although as Josh pointed out it is usually a language or template file. Most likely there is a stray character in the instructions that is being picked up upon copy over.
