I need a mod that restricts what Moderators can do (6.4) I do not want them to change default stylesheet, add pics to index, change access etc. in fact the only thing I want them to do is, edit/delete/move/block posts thats it, no changing of the forums or general layout the rest should be for admins.
So is there anyway to restric Moderator access to just "Post Management"?

I have a modpowers hack that keeps the mods from doing stuff I don't want them doing but allows them to help too.
