Mod Name / Version: Off-topic Marker v1.0

Description: Enables users to mark their reply as "Off-topic" at the time of creation. These posts will display in a style different from normal posts. Users only interested in on-topic posts may now quickly discover and skip off-topic posts.

Admins & Mods can toggle "Off-topic" / "On-topic" on the fly in showthreaded & showflat at any time.

You may change the look (background, text, ...) of off-topic posts easily by changing the stylesheet.

Included are the strings for English, Spanish and German language files.

can you set it in a way that we the admins and moderators be able to delete them in a showflat and showthreaded mode?. That would be very helpful

Well, this would be a completely different hack. More simple than this one though.

Maze? quick question. In the images you show the testing in, what are the thiumbs up and thumbs down for. is that part of this mod? And whats the icon to the right of that?

The reason im asking is the fact that I like the idea of adding icons to the bottom of the post like that to link to other stuff.

The thumbs up and down are for the admins/mods to toggle the post off- or on-topic. The icon on the right is the thread-management link (new in v6.4). I just changed the default text link to the icon.
