Mod Name / Version: Don't show signature checkbox on posting form if no signature
Description: This change causes the signature box not to show up on the posting form if the signature for the user is empty. A minor peeve of mine is that the signature box is shown checked by default even if you have no signature. It has no impact on the post, but I always notice it before submitting and feel I should uncheck it.
A better solution would be to add a user preference to add signature by default or not.
