I know this is UBB and not Photopost but thought I would ask here because some of you use it and my emails to them were not answered, I can't seem to download 4.6.7 just keep getting errors, any ideas?

I just get a "Errors were found in .zip file, attempt to fix?" if I click on yes and try to unzip it says file is to small. If I right click and save as, I get to down load an HTML file that says "Unauthorized. If you are running a firewall such as Norton Internet Security or Zonealarm, please temporarily disable it, return to the members area, and click the download link again." even though I disabled my firewall.  I just wish photpost had some form of customer service.

Hmm nope sorry I had no problems downloading it from there. Surprised ya haven't heard anything back from them. All I can say is try another PC and see what happens. Also are you on dialup or a high speed connection? file is only like 760kbs...

Don't have another PC to try as I work from home, I am on hi-speed cable, thanks anyway, if I don't hear from them by tomorrow I will post on there forums, the last time I posted there it only took 3 or 4 days for them to reply.

[/] its seems that if you are haveing problems with a product that a company makes - your best bet to solve that problem would be to contact the company directly (if I had a problem with somethingpurchased from TOYS-R-US, i wouldnt go to KB-TOYS... I would go to TOYS-R-US  ).... Have you tried to contact any of the moderators who are active on thier message boards - or even posted a message there.... example: "ATTN: PHOTOPOST - PLEASE REPLY"....etc

if others aren't having the same problems you've described, you might want to also try the obvious - clear your cache, reboot your computer and try the download again ???

I guess you didn't read my first post where I stated that I emailed them with no reply, ie contact.
Also, there forums say to please either contact them by email or the forums but not both, since I had already emailed them I would wait a bit before hitting the forums, but have not had good luck going that route in the past.

OK, I was using IE to download and never did get it to download, so on a whim I downloaded Netscape and downloaded PP 4.7 with no problems, weird.
