When a person submits a post, the reader/viewer can click a Thank You button/link & the bot will post it as a thank you reply to original poster. InVision Boards have them & possibly vBulletin.

isnt that what this screen is for....

just modify your language file to add the words, "Thank you." before the "Your post has been entered" comments.

no no. I thank you bot should stopping spamming a topic with lots of 'Thank you' postings. To do this all 'Thank you' clicks were counted and display under the initial posting as count or in the form: Thank you from: followd by all usernames (clickable) who do a 'thank you'

This will often used in file sharing boards if someone post a downloadlink or in Hints or Review boards.
