since I can't post on ubbcentral due to a bug, here's (hopefully) my last set of suggestions for the upcoming version:
- no newsletter for banned users.
we have over 300 banned users. believe me, we attract some people who are loco.
banned users tend to get VERY angry at me, I'm getting mad replies all the time.
just think of mad men who got multiple usernames, who can't login anymore and disable it, mohahaha.

You can do this in the current 6.5 codebase - the mass mail utility is now attached directly to the member search code. Now you search for users, then send a mail to the results. Simply exclude banned users in the search.

You can mail pretty much any group of users that you can search for. I don't recall if you can search for users that have never logged in...
