for my boards, like everything else on the internet... its 90% stolen! all i do is post there!

the other 10% (colors and imagery and random, not-so-good hacking) is me.

JP, AA, AK... hell, all the initialed folk have lent a mod or two. JC is responsible for the layout, or at least the inspiration. jcdex and jc templates have played a major roll in this rework.

if you're talking about my new site link, thats just my brain exploded on the "inurnet"

* I used to like the sidebarpal I had modded in with UBBT 6.3, but in 6.5 all I could do was have the IIP. I saw the JCDex on JC's site was showing up along the sides on all the screens in his forum, but the download here only shows up on the index page. How do I make it show up on the sides of the postlist and showflat/threaded screens like on JCs site?
* And about the shoutbox... Do you mean it's no longer available because whoever wrote the code doesn't want to share it out, or ???

I looked and the side-bar that (I think) you're talking about only shows up on the index.php page at JC's site. It doesn't show up in showflat/threaded as far as I could tell.

As far as the shoutbox, I would search for topics that JC started because I think in one of them someone was trying to port IIP's shoutbox to work with JCDex Pro. I don't recall if they had any success or not.

* I guess those sidebar-thingies are separate from the JCDex mod... They're visible on all the forum pages, even reading a thread or post. I miss having the sidebar pals (shoutbox, who's online, etc) that I had in 6.3. Sigh!

The one on the right is an image. Right click on it and you'll see. It would be in the footer.php file probably. The one on the left is part of the header, hand-coded html
