Mod Name / Version: No Default Anonymous Username

Description: Does not automatically fill in a default "Anonymous" username for Anonymous Posters and requires them to fill in a username.

Also alters the text above - so hopefully they will put something meaningful

It will also disable the quick reply box, unless they are logged in - needed otherwise un-registered users will post as anonymous via the quick reply box.

Whilst this disables the quick reply box for anonymous users - an alternative would be to add a username box to the quick reply box.

For some reason, if they leave the name box blank - it allows them no name - and just calls them anonymous
