Hi,

I have had the UBB on my site for 9 months or so now and when I last updated the version just before Christmas, I implemented some pretty extensive hacking and lots of changes to the HTML.

I have fallen a little behind the most current version (although I have plugged the security holes) and I am about to start updating again pretty soon. I started looking around to see what new hacks had surfaced since I last updated and I was amazed to find this place, excellent resource for any UBB site!!

I would like to get some feedback on my forums current design and features, and I don't mind some constructive criticism.

I like the web desing 'cause I love clean design. Simple colors and easy to read.

I find one problem:
The replys count in Forum Dislpay is very difficult to read the number os replys.

The link is dead for me.

Nice design integration (nothing special, but looks nice).
One thing: make the author column larger.

WHere did you get "posted by new member" hack?

I like it. Very full of features. Don't like the folder icons though.

Thanks for all the comments.

The New Member hack was available on the UBB Hack forum a couple of months ago. It does not do anything special except look to see how many posts a member has made, if it is only one then it uses a different icon. I can try and look through my scripts and see if I can find the relevant bits.

Ilya, the hack is located in the scriptkeeper.com forum. Beware it can increase server load alot, having to check every file in the thread for the members who posted, then check all those member files to see if they have only one post posted.
