There are two men in a bar. Each man is equal in stature. The bartender gives each man a beer but poisons both drinks. Both men drink the entire beer. Only one man dies. How?

A man is about to goto bed, but first goes up stairs to turn out a light. He then goes back down stairs and goes to bed. Morning comes and the man goes back up the stairs and looks out a window and is flaberghasted at what he sees. What does he see and why?
