We don't have a release date set, and won't until about a week before it's ready. We have a target for public beta, but it's slipped a few times. Polling is harder than it looks.

No can do - polls have to be tied to a thread right now.. but they CAN be tied elsewhere. I'll put it on the "look to see if this is possible" list.

Not directly - the hooks will be in the code for people to write hacks to do so though.  It's used frequently in our WOL and polling to expire old cache pages. [ 12-18-2001 01:10 AM: Message edited by: Charles Capps ]
