Heres a webhost that sucks: http://www.f2s.com

They give a nice range of features ie CGI/PHP/SSI/MySQL and the rest but the servers are so SLOW its frankly unbeleivable.

If you sign up to an account it actually lets you get right to the ver end of the signup forms before telling you in tiny little letters, "Warning: These servers are still experimental, so only sign up if you dont mind a lot of downtime."

Oh thanks i think, jolly nice of you to let me know that now. The transfer rates i was getting off that site were the worst i had ever seen...... i was getting ftp transfers of something like 500 bytes per sec.... thats single bytes, not kbytes....

that sounds a lot like addr, except addr supports nothing and scripts will not run properly unless u type addresses out like this:
