ok so far it works fine.. except!.. theres still a "Your Picture" field when i view members profiles.. it shows the avatar tho.. and when i finish registering a new name the Avatar doesnt show up.. instead the field title is "Your Picture" and it shows the link of the avatar they picked.
cheq out my board http://www.demobreakers.f2s.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi and register.. it shows the link not a picture.. and im pretty damn sure i hacked everything correctly.. i have installed and uninstalled it and double checked!
