I'll give you that, but just because IE is a little too lenient in some places does not make it a bad browser. I started out using Netscape, but I've switched entirely to IE now. I only worry about NS if theres a major problem with it, otherwise I just don't care.
So basically: everyone should learn HTML, and learn it right. But, just because IE doesn't care if you leave an ending table tag out does not make it a bad browser.
