Yeah, there is something about some configurations that is causing IE5.5 in general (regardless of which Winblows it's on) to cause those problems. I've seen several topics about it in the news.microsoft.windowsme.internet NG, and everyone seems to has a different fix for it, and a different thing that may be causing it. None of those fixes work for me. I don't know what my problem is. But conveniently, Windows will not let me revert back to 5.01. So I'm stuck with it till MS fixes whatever code is conflicting with whatever hardware. That's why I am of the opinion that IE sucks right now, for me at least.
Anyone here who happens to know of another possible fix for the IE55 problem, please let me know.
