It doesn't take three years to write a non exceptional web browser. Unless of course you write every other component apart from the actual browser. As the lead programmer has said, everyone want to add new features, not fix the broken ones. Mozilla will never becopme a viable reality. By the time it comes out it'll be too far behind the competition.
