Terminator: 1. That means they surfed to another place after they entered the chatroom, or they're not connected through mIRC. 2. The jPilot license key? 3. If you have DPK's SmilieMod copy the smilies to /noncgi. If not, no idea. 4. They can use it unless someone else registered it in the server, but I suggest them to register it (/nickserv register password email, not the UBB password). 5. The main admin should register the channel (register your nick as explained in #4 and then /chanserv register #channel password description), sop (/chanserv sop #channel add nick) other admins and aop (/chanserv aop #channel add nick) moderators.
All of them have to have registered nicks.
The jIRC license I figured it out. Registered it to my redirect URL address instead of the IP address of the server. Duh!!
Also the smilies don't work with what you said. It didn't correct the problem. All well, no big deal.
For the #1 question, how do I correct that? Is it something in the Chat Settings I have to do? I left it at default.
As for making my own channel, is their some requirements for that?
